# Windows 平台問題排查

TCP 模式沒有勾選的狀態下為默認模式，在默認模式下無法打開指纹浏览器， Discord，WhatsApp 等桌面應用程式，需要啓動 TCP 模式。

部分 Windows 電腦在 TCP 模式下會造成閃退，關閉 TCP 可以恢復。

||| *注：在开启链接后，TCP 文字呈现灰色，无法对TCP進行开启或者关闭的操作，需要断开链接后才能开启或者关闭。

1，首先在系統桌面右下方找到程序的圖標，右鍵點擊打開面板

2，點選**直連**，TCP 模式字樣，從灰色變成黑色。 TCP 模式文字變成黑色後進行開啓/關閉。

3，開啟/關閉 TCP 後，點選 智能分流，可恢復網路的連線。

在关闭链接功能后，无法打开百度等网站，在Windows的设置中，找到 网络 - 代理 - 手动代理选项，找到后将手动代理关闭可恢复网络。

網絡設置相關檢查
1. 按 win+X 選擇 "網絡連接" - "代理”

2. “自动设置代理” - “使用设置脚本” 将其设置为 **关闭** 状态

3. “手动设置代理” - “使用代理服务器” 确保为 **开启**状态

4. 点开“使用代理服务器”后面的“设置”按钮

5. 确保代理IP地址为 “127.0.0.1”

6. 确保代理端口为 “15715”
